Yoga & Pilates is a perfect blend of flexibility, stamina, balance and mobility through Yoga along with Core strength, agility, muscle toning and endurance through Pilates.

It will be a mat-work program to give your body and mind a complete workout. The program would also include functional strength training using equipments.
